Andy Lehmann of the Oaks Church in Red Oak reached out to Cedar Hill with an offer to help feed our children through a breakfast and lunch program.  Oaks Church has partnered with Equal Heart to provide 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches per child, per week (to be picked up once per week) from April 8 through June 17, 2020. This opportunity is for the parents/guardians of any young person ages 1-18 in our community. Distribution takes place in Cedar Hill at the Life Charter School 129 W. Wintergreen Rd. in High Pointe.  Pick up day is each Wednesday 11:00 am to 1:00 through June 17. 

 

For the time being, we are carefully providing notification as they do not want to exceed capacity and have to turn anyone away.  We revisit the notifications each week and make adjustments based on new participation.
