2024 Annual Election - Voting Instructions
Every year, the High Pointe Public Improvement District (HPPID) conducts an election to fill expiring terms on the Board of Directors. This year, four (4) seats are open for election. High Pointe PID property owners now have the opportunity to vote for candidates to serve on the Board of Directors.
HPPID Ballot 2024 & Availability
The ballot contains all candidates’ names and voting instructions. This ballot will be printed and available for votes to be submitted to Neighborhood Services (2nd floor of the Government Center) as well as electronically below beginning Wednesday, September 4th. You may also download, print, and submit in-person or by mail using the PDF link below. You may also vote electronically by clicking on the form link.
Voter EligibilityThe voter must be a property owner in High Pointe to be eligible to vote in the 2024/2025 Board of Directors election. Only one (1) vote per property owner is allowed. This is verified by staff using the voters ID/DL information against property owner information listed on Dallas County Appraisal District’s website,
dallascad.org.
Early Voting
Wednesday, September 4, 2024 to Wednesday, September 11, 2024
- Mail-in Option: Please print and mail your signed ballot with photo identification to 285 Uptown Blvd. Cedar Hill, TX 75104. Ballots must be received in the Neighborhood Services office by September 11, 2024, at 5:00pm.
- In-person Option: Ballots with copy of photo identification can be submitted in person at the Government Center, Neighborhood Services, 285 Uptown Blvd, Cedar Hill, TX 75104. Ballots must be received in the Neighborhood Services office by September 11, 2024, at 5:00pm.
- Electronic Option: The electronic version ballot is acceptable as long as voter's ID/DL uploaded photo is clear. Ballots must be received in the Neighborhood Services inbox by September 11, 2024, at 5:00pm.
- No Drop Offs: No ballots will be accepted on behalf of another voter. Each property owner must turn in their own ballots.
Election Day
Lot owners may vote in person on Thursday, September 12th from 5:30pm – 6:30pm at High Pointe Baptist Church, 101 High Pointe Ln. Election results will be announced during the board’s regular meeting beginning at 6:30pm.

- 75 Cluster mailboxes have been replaced with more to be done in the future.
- If your mailbox is replaced, go to the Cedar Hill Post Office to pick up your new keys.
- Mail will be held until keys are picked up.
- You must bring your deed/lease and a valid ID to pick up your new keys.
- There is no charge for new keys. All future replacements are $25.
