Dear High Pointe' Resident,

 

 

The High Pointe' Public Improvement District (HPPID) provides maintenance and improvements to the existing irrigation systems, fencing and landscaping in the High Pointe' common areas, and provides ongoing improvements to these areas in order to beautify our community and enhance our residential property values.

 

Our year ending Holiday Lights will once again brighten up our street medians, monument sign walls and flower beds throughout High Pointe'.

 

HPPID's Board of Directors are elected by residents. Board meetings are open to the public and are held at 6:30 p.m.on the 2nd Thursday of each month as follows:
