HPPID Priorities
The High Pointe PID will provide maintenance and improvements to the existing irrigation systems, fencing and landscaping in the High Pointe common areas, and provide ongoing improvements to these areas in order to beautify our community and enhance our residential property values.
The Board will also endeavor to provide information and guidance to neighbors who have non-PID related issues, such as Cedar Hill parks, city lighting, parking ,deed restrictions or other issues.
